Privacy Policy

What we collect

AixSafe collects the minimum data required to operate the platform. This includes account information (name, email address, organisation) provided during sign-up, and technical telemetry metadata generated by the proxy (hashed request IDs, timestamps, token counts, policy decisions).

AixSafe does not collect, store, or process the content of AI prompts or completions on its own infrastructure. Prompt and completion data remains within your organisation's designated cloud environment.

How we use data

• To operate and improve the AixSafe platform and proxy service
• To generate audit telemetry and compliance reports on your behalf
• To communicate platform updates, security notices, and billing information
• To detect misuse or platform abuse in accordance with our terms of service

Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. Hashed telemetry metadata is retained for 24 months by default, configurable per your enterprise agreement. All data is deleted on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Enterprise customers may also request a full data export or audit log extract. Contact hello@aixsafe.com to exercise these rights.

Third parties

AixSafe does not sell personal data to third parties. We use standard cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) subject to their respective data processing agreements. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.
